"I e stayed at this same hotel many times in the past 4 or 5 years. As always, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is really very nice, and its location could not be better for travelers. I did notice on this stay, however, that the quality of the food in the restaurant was not as good as it has been in the past. We stayed 2 nights, and had dinner in the restaurant both nights. The first night, I had the steak. It was awful. The second night, I had the hamburger. It was terrible....

"Staff were great and accommodating for your small requests - hotel and the room were both comfortable and nice. The classic rooms are on the small side if you are a couple sharing, but it wasn’t a massive obstacle - we were comfortable for the week we stayed for. Thank you, OKKO!"

"This is a great hotel in a good location for a stopover and with an onsite restaurant for an (excellent) dinner. Breakfast was superb with a huge variety of choice and lots of fresh produce. The staff provided an excellent service and the room provided everything we wanted wuth great attention to the things that travellers need. We were travelling with our electric car and the ability to charge overnight was a huge bonus. There is a large bank of Tesla chargers which we weren’t able to use but...

"Lots of space, handy microwave and fridge, comfortable beds, lovely to be able to step onto balcony for fresh air. Excellent price for two night stopover travelling through France into Spain by train. Only downside was being asked to take rubbish to garbage area but maybe that was our translation?"

"The staff were the main thing I liked about the hotel .the girls at the reception desk were V. Friendly and helpful .they helped me change my room which was dark and noisy to one that was light bright and had a balcony..( which I loved ) Room was always clean and fresh . Didn't rate the breakfast . Would have liked English TV channels but not a deal breaker .Mostly I would have liked cabinets in bathroom , and a chest of drawers to put my clothes ; there just wasn't enough storage space...

"My wife and I went for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable bed. It was minutes away from the train station Lyon Perrache, 10 min from the confluence and 40min walk to Old Lyon. Would definitely recommend. "

"Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are looking a bit worn and tired, especially for the price, and the selection of TV channels in English was poor. The onsite bar and restaurant is good. The location is excellent, close to metro and bus options, as well as shopping and restaurants. If you are not going to spend much time in your room, this is an ideal place to stay in Lyon."

"We picked this hotel on short notice. The hotel is spacious and very clean. It has limited amenities, and there is not much to do in the neighborhood. But still, for the price, cleanliness, comfort, and location it can't be beaten"
