"Arrived late but still got to use the pool, which was cold, steam room good sauna not much heat. Room nice, great big bed, nice layout, like having a shower and bath available. No milk on tray also only one English Breakfast t-bag. The parking price is too high (£20) and should be shown prior to booking, I couldn't afford this and had to make other arrangements.Central located, near the station. Overall will deffo stay their again and this time we need 2 welcome drinks as we didn't get them this...

We were a family group that had a mixture of comfortable "Classic" of a good size and enormous "Delux" rooms with a fabulous view over the Thames.
