"My 6th visit to this hotel. This time around the staff was very rude on 2 occasions. They have a face on like they are working by force. I had to wait 13 mins to get a coffee. The waiter said 2 mins and he start servihg someone else. He looked at me and ignored me. Even the manager in the restaurant ignored me knowing what i require. In the morning the manager at the breakfast cafe was rude. I asked for a coffee he replied as if i have asked him his house address. The hospitality of this hotel...

"The hotel was very new 16 years ago when I last visited, so it wasn't quite as perfect as it was in my memories. All fine, made so be nice staff. The receptionist on check in was very pleasant. The breakfast staff were doing there best when the had a coach load of people all wanting service at the same time. The bar menu was ok but I think if it'd been more than a few nights I would have needed to search Naas for other options. "

"The staff were all exceptional… beyond exceptional!! The property was clean and the onsite restaurant was great. It is quite far from city centre and there are no convenience stored nearby but an Uber ride to any tours was less than half an hour ride. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ballindrum Farm. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view. Mary (the owner) was very welcoming and even drove me to town because I didn't have a car. To top it off, guests are allowed to watch the cows being milked every day from a viewing gallery (yes, Ballindrum is also a working dairy farm). I highly recommend it."
