My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. A operating restaurant, housekeeping, spa and sauna, ambience and warmth, qualified and efficient staff of any sort. This hotel is so bad that it should not be open.
