"Lovely hotel. Chocolate and drinks in the room and very comfortable bed. Only downside was the reception team needing a physical card instead of using Apple Pay - I never carry my card and the email didn’t say Apple Pay was not accepted."

"Close to start of New Walk which is a pedestrian walk into the town centre. Attractive bar and lounge area. Good breakfast with lots to choose from. Friendly and efficient staff."

"The cleanliness and facilties of the hotel were of a good standard and the staff were friendlly abd helpful. Unfortunately our check in experience was very disappointing. We had to return to Reception three times as our card key would not open our room door. When we were eventually able to access the room we found it was already being used by another guest. We then had to return to Reception for a fourth time to be allocared another room. The service in the restaurant was very slow with a wait...

"Comfortable beds clean property, good facilities all round. Enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi . The only downside was rooms were very warm,had a fan in the room which didn’t really do much in terms of cooling the room. The room was facing the main road which made it noisy when opening the windows."

"Hi, We had a great stay. However the signs in the carpark made it very clear that the parking had to be paid for before entering the hotel. We did this. When we got to reception however we were told the car park was free for guests staying at the hotel. Can your signs please be altered to say this as we paid £10 parking unnecessarily."
