"Lovely old building, very interesting design, beautiful large hall inside with wood beams. Nice gardens to stroll around. The main restaurant food was great, & the bar area is very cosy. Lots of lovely cocktails to choose from. Fantastic view of the river Thames (although no walkable direct path down to it)."

"One night stay for work. Looks like an Alpine lodge from the outside, inside very smart interior. Professional greeting at reception. When I stayed the restuarant was not open, but yoyu could get food served from the bar and the "pub" downstairs - I chose to eat elsewhere. I was in room 236, which was huge. The ensuite had a walk in shower and a bath. The room had a desk to work at, a great TV on a movable walk bracket, as well as 2 sofas. Bed was comfortable but the sofa was not. Wifi in room...
