"Clean, good staff & value for money"

"Reception staff & restaurant staff are amazing. Friendly & helpful. The only let down is housekeeping, very lacklustre at best. Simply pulling up a sheet is not making a bed. And dumping clean towels on the kitchen table, not ideal."

"Well situated within walking distance to Salamanca, the dock area, shops, restaurants and cafes. Parking is reasonable at $15 per night and we were lucky enough to park on site. We received a warm welcome and directed to our room on the second floor. The room was a reasonable size, bed very comfortable, water hot and WiFi good. We didn’t book in for breakfast so can’t comment there. Now, I did book the cheaper Compact Queen room. We only needed to sleep so didn’t really need anything else....

"The staff are very good and the room was nice. In a good location short walk to harbour and markets. There are no movie options on the tv and the chrome cast doesn’t work which was disappointing. Lifts are very slow "
