"The hotel is convenient to the Craignure ferry. It was very nice, updated, quiet and very clean. Staff were lovely. We had reserved a room with 2 town beds. When we arrived it was a single king. The front desk person was very accommodating and had housekeeping change the bed over to 2 twins while we were having dinner. We had a small view of the water with Lismore lighthouse in the distance. "

"Lovely friendly welcome by Emma with a glass of Mimosa. A wonderful surprise that we had a hot tub and amazing views. The room was well equipped and very comfortable with extra little touches like the wireless phone charging and coffee machine. They also have geodome lounges in the garden with amazing views and we enjoyed watching the ducks on the pond. The food in the restaurant was first class as was breakfast. A special retreat set an amazing place. "

"One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Amazing rooms, staff and food. We got a tire puncture on the way there, luckily only 2 miles from the hotel, and the staff helped us find a garage and recommended activities for us given our vehicle-less situation. Note, no in room refrigerator and the hotel is closed Monday nights so all staff get a well deserved day off. The surrounding area is spectacularly beautiful with lots of opportunities to explore the Scottish countryside and coastline. "

"It’s probably lovely, but we never got to stay in the property. The ad listed the location as Oban. That is entirely misleading! The property is hours away from Oban. We made the unfortunate mistake not to notice and read follow up emails since we were on a road trip with poor cell connection. We thought we had booked a place in Oban and were all set. Once we arrived in Oban and discovered our mistake it was late in the afternoon. The owners were unwilling to help, not even with a partial...
