"Upon walking in to the foyer it is very evident that this hotel used to be grand and glamorous. The foyer area is dated but well maintained. We had to change bedrooms three times until we found a room with an air con that worked well enough. However, the renovated room was very pleasant and the mattress comfortable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had problems with this platform but it will be the last. Never using Expedia again for any reservations."
