"Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, from check in to room service, all amazing. At check in we were offered a free rollout bed for my daughter who was going to sleep in the king bed with us as the hotel was fully booked. We also received breakfast for an extra $23 for all three of us. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Ideal location close to train station. "Great location for what we needed and staff were amazing. However, the whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It was terrible, especially as we had our children with us. The whole building was non smoking and there were warnings against this, so nothing the hotel could control. Besides that, room was comfortable. Just difficult to enjoy with the smell of smoke the whole stay. "

My only complaint would be that accessing streaming services on the room's tv was a way too complicated process and it took a while before we were able to connect and use it."

"The bed was comfortable great pillows. Bathroom clean but no body lotion. No milk in the fridge, none offered at checkin. For $249 one night one person you would think milk would be supplied. And I certainly didn’t appreciate getting woken up at 8 am text message from Rydges about online checkout. "

"really loved the location connected to the Sporting Club which on its own is fantastic. Bed was really comfy room was extremely quiet, staff very friendly & helpful. Parking is easy and comped by the hotel. Only negative but not significant is bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. Definitely will go back."

"The room was much bigger than I thought for a standard room and it was a really nice room, it was neat, tidy and clean aswell. The bathroom was a really decent size and really clean. Pillows super comfy! The staff were all so kind, friendly and helpful, the man at the desk when I checked in was very helpful and offered my daughter an activity pack. The staff at the breaky buffet were friendly, professional and kind. The food was pretty good to. This is a place I would stay again."
