I'd recommend staying here only if you're looking for stillness and tranquility as it's a very off the beaten path location that's at least 20 mins from the city centre of Essaouira which is very charming but quiet too."

"We enjoyed 3 nights at this beautiful riad, they were so welcoming and kind. We had a light dinner the first night as we were tired from our drive. They were happy to accommodate us and the food was delicious. We had the panoramic room that had a lot of stairs to get to it but the views and privacy were great. We would recommend this place when staying in Essaouira."

"I stayed at Casa Lila for a week and had a wonderful time. I loved my room. Very nice breakfast (delicious fresh orange juice). Very nice terrasses. Great location. The staff is lovely and very helpful. I visited the in-house spa and hammam twice. It's not cheap but it was wonderful. I recommend whole heartedly this place and would visit again. "At my arrival I did smell some fresh paint, when I told the front desk about it in friendly way, I was told there is no smell, and you’re not supposed to smell it in a sarcastic way. What a great start at the front desk. Then the guy behind the desk gave the room keys to the bellman I followed him, the room was not ready. I went for a walk for few minutes without even a word. The checkout was great, very professional and with a smile. "
