"Good location hotel, walkable distance from Ancona old town and lake. Nice pickup and drop of with hotel bus (from and to Locarno train station. Staff was overwhelmed with a series of group booking, confusion was evident but no improvement. My room was a small but with a view, AC not working and none of the staff knew how to fix it. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake and pool was a nice setting but staff again overwhelmed with groups."

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"Parking is a NIGHTMARE and the staff was rude about helping us figure out parking. They should really have a link that clearly tells people there is NO PARKING at the hotel and where the parking lots are located. (We had to walk .8 of a mile with our luggage which was totally unacceptable for how much we paid per night! They should have at least told us we could drive up and drop our luggage.) The room was big, clean and had a great view. The coffee maker was nice, but instructions in English...

"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. "Unterkunft verfügt über eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage und ein Parkdeck, wodurch Parken easy ist. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr hübsch und modern, lediglich die Zimmer sind in den 90er oder 00ern stehen geblieben, das Bad war dafür top modern und auf dem neusten Stand :-) Das Essen sowie das Frühstück sind hervorragend und durchaus empfehlenswert! Frühstück ist a la carte dabei "
