"The place was great! The rooms and showers were clean and great. Gave connecting rooms and spacious for 4 of us. I would love to stay again here. Very close to the airport. Front Desk were helpful. The on site restaurant was nice. Lobby was beautiful."

"This was by far the worst hotel my husband and I ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to any of my family members or friends. 1. The phones do not work so if you need anything, you would need to physically go to the lobby and speak to someone. Ex: when we needed towels or toilet paper (which wasn’t ready for us). Or when we saw the cables to plug our phones did not work, I had to go down to the lobby and speak to someone. Which leads me to my next point. 2. The charging cables were not working. When we went down and spoke to the girl working at the front, she said her colleague would there to assist in 10 minutes. Nobody showed up. And when we told the girl there, she didn’t know why nobody came and didn’t bother to do anything else about it. 3. The air conditioning does not work. We had to go down and speak with someone just for them to tell us that they are on a one way system and the AC does not turn on. Only the heater. In this case we had to keep the window open. This wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that gnats were coming in the room. 4. In addition - the loud noise outside kept us up for the 2 nights we were there. With the window open, we heard everyone outside still partying at 2 am. The second night was the worst and thankfully it was our last. They didn’t have a manager on site to talk to. We emailed him on Monday with no response until today. 5 days after. Only after Expedia reached out to him. STAY AWAY"
