"The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was not so good. Quite small. bed was comfortable. Shower was very small but with plenty of hot water. no refrigerator. poor amenities. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. That created a problem because on the floor there was a terrible disgusting dirty carpet. It was a terrible feeling walking barefoot on the...

"Séjour tres agréable, nous y retournerons tres certainement ! Points positifs : l'hotel, le spa et la piscine invitent à la détente. Les chiens sont les bienvenus. Buffets petits dejeuner et diner bien fournis et tres corrects. Belles randonnées à faire dans les alentours. Points négatifs : la literie qui grince et le manque de climatisation dans la chambre et le restaurant. "

"First impressions were slightly underwhelming, but ignore those, the hotel is excellent and the staff are great. The food was wonderful and the pool was lovely. To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. Criticisms - the room tended to get quite hot and there is public transport but it’s a bit of a walk away, but those a minor criticisms. On the main question - would I go back? Yes. Gladly. Gratefully."

Hotels.com boasted "4 restaurants" while in actuality there was only one restaurant with 4 different sitting areas with the same menu and you could not choose in which area you wished to sit. The older staff was also not at all friendly and acted a bit annoyed with every question or request. There were also loud noises with the creaking of the wood steps and hallways."

"This wellness hotel is beyond excellent!!! From the amazing services to the views of the Black Forest and the super lush meadows from our room. There are 10 different spas and 2 pools- inside and outside which our kids loved! The room is very nice with comfortable beds. Our teenagers stayed upstairs with 2 beds and we were downstairs. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a bottle of water at checkout! The room was comfortable. The restaurant had a buffet--nothing vegan. The hotel frowned upon ordering in so I had to go back out. This was mildly annoying. "
