"Lovely hotel for spa, gym, games room and games area. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff really helpful. Clean. The classic doubles are small and not really big enough for 2 adults to move comfortably around. Shouldn't have to upgrade for this. The bed was bouncy and tended to slant based on heavier person. Also standard double so again cosy for a 4 star hotel. Investment needed in beds. Double room could have been better. Twin Room was fabulous. Much bigger to accommodate 2 people. Twin sinks. "

"The staff were nice and friendly The room was nice, with kettle and tea and coffe supplies Kettle was a bit faulty, wouldnt stay on to boil, I had to hold the button down until it boiled There was a little balcony, however it was locked off, which is fine because i didnt pay for a balcony room. However the windows were quite dirty, so it ruined the view of looking out the window. Also with the window open, the wind whistles betweeen the plastic net rail, so i couldnt leave the window open. "I’ve stayed here many times so I was unhappy that changed in my plans was not accommodated on request. Poor customer service on Hilton’s behalf - I had requested to change my date and was declined. That said, the room was clean and the breakfast service and offer much improved from previous stays. Rooms are a little dated and never like a shower with a curtain but for the price and convenience you can’t grumble. Does feel like an uninvested Hilton though"

"We stayed here as close to Bletchley Park. We checked in late - 11pm! Were we were greeted at reception with a friendly smile, given information we needed about breakfast and our room key. The room was clean, tidy and the bed comfy. Breakfast the next morning was self service lots of options and presented and cooked well. We did think maybe some background music in the room would have been pleasant as there was only us and another family. Check out again greeted by a friendly smile and...
