Wallpaper was coming off the walls, twin beds were next to each other and after separating them ourselves, the floor underneath was quite dirty. Shower was sprayimg water from the pipe going up to the shower head. Lighting was quite unfit for such a room that size and it always felt dark even with all the lights on (2 small ceiling lights and 3 lamps on) at the same time. "Very pleasantly surprised as the photos on the website didn’t do this hotel justice. The grounds, decor and general standard was very high and staff all very professional. Our family room was an excellent size, with 2 bathrooms and a door between sleeping areas. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from other rooms but ear plugs solved that problem. Breakfast was simple but delicious and from service was very reasonably priced, easy to order via the...

"The receptionists were very kind and professional. The only thing I think that could be better is the cleaning. There were a lot of dust in the room and even asking for a cleaning later, they didn’t cleaned. "

"Loved this hotel and staff were really lovely and kind. Swimming pool and sauna were included in the hotel cost and really nice. Jim was decent and available 24 hours a day. train Station was around a 15 minute walk and there was many shops and restaurants around the hotel location. Would highly recommend this property."
