"Staff is very helpful and well yet to resolve concerns quickly. They offer great advice on what to do in the area and how to get around. The bar attached to the hotel ground floor is dimy lit but appears clean, and service is decent. Wifi is sporadic throughout the property but staff offered me a mobile wifi device during my stay. The restaurant food, served both in the restaurant and bar was good. Staff in the restaurant need more training on setup, clearing used plates, advising guests...

"Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower."

"Entrance to the hotel is bit of a hassle. Room was untidy and the wifi super-slow. Water from shower comes very less. The view was nice"

Please include small hand towels, hangers in cupboard. Pre-set TV channels & provide only 1 remote. No one has time to decipher TV settings. "

"Great Stay, do think they need to Europeanise some of their breakfast items, Love curry but Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner gets a bit too spicy for me. Friendly staff, great Massage organised by hotel. Pool area could do with bit of TLC and more sun loungers. The room was superb and comfortable big bed. They have the potential to really ramp this up, so not being critical just constructive."
