"This property is located in a pretty secluded area of Modena which means it is very quiet but also hard to access by public transportation especially on the weekends (be prepared to walk to the bus stop approximately 2 km). The property is very clean and new or newly renovated. The rooms and bathroom are very large and comfy. Also had a access to a large balcony. This facility has access to a nice pool area next door but for a place that does not allow you to bring food to the pool they do not offer anything great to eat. Luckily there is a discount grocery store across the street. I did find that this pool area like a Caribbean resort in a way. Music playing, lots of people, a little bar area. You get told where your allowed to have a free lounger which I did not appreciate at all how I was told where to sit and also it does not go un-noticed that you only give the hotel loungers in the shade which isn't very nice at all. I found that the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful and the staff at the pool to be hit or miss whether they were moody and rude or not. The pool area needs work it looks sloppy and unkept, weeds growing everywhere. Water was murky. No issues with our stay at all. It was nice to get free water and toiletries everyday replenished. The restaurant next door is excellent, I did find it a little pricey but the food was delicious! Overall an excellent place to stay if you do not mind being out of the way a bit or have access to a car. "

"Clean clean clean. Really clean. Bed sheets look and smell clean. Bathroom looks and appears clean. Flooring is clean. Lobby is super trendy designed. Great staff. Nice bar. Good breakfast with many choices. Amazing coffee in the dining area.Plenty free secured parking. Conveniently located on and off the autostrad. 3-5 minute drive to old town Modena. Will certainly stay there again. "

"Everything at the Principe Hotel in Modena was nice, clean and the personnel service was exceptional. They were always very serviceable and willing to answer questions, make suggestions, and help us at any moment. About the room, it was way spacious and well equipped with all amenities for travelers. Whoever designed the rooms and preparation deserves good recognition. "
