They took care of this by giving us an additional room. However, a full month after my stay I was charged a second time for some unknown reason and the hotel does not answer their phone, return calls, nor reply to emails to resolve the issue."

"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight.
