"The hosts were very friendly. The rooms were clean and very spacious with a great view of Bran castle. The property was modern and yet equally quaint and filling with the area The breakfast was served with a great selection of food and very plentiful. "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodated an earlier breakfast for us. Unfortunately the beds were not super comfortable and we were woken up by sounds throughout the night. We thought it was in a secluded location and not a major thoroughfare. The room was a nice size for a family of 4."

"This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4...

"Clean rooms, ok breakfast, we did not like the dinner though"

"The hotel has deteriorated significantly in one year. The hot tub was cold, they would not turn on the heat in the building, and the hot water was a gamble, at best. We asked about heat, and they said that they don’t turn it on in October. They closed the front desk at 8 ish in the evening and did not have anyone there until the morning. There was no one there when we came back after dinner or later. The key to the front door was in the lock with no front desk or security, save some old...

"The main issue because of which I did not rate 5 stars was the lack of hot water (the water heater was not working, error code on display). The area looks kind of remote (new development) but is easy to go to downtown by car."

"The hotel is good, we loved the location and the building, they provided a very good breakfast. The pool was around 27 degres and the hot tub at body tempera. We did not like the carpet in the room, it was old, dirty, stained, too bad this was a turn off as you enter the room. Otherwise everything was good. "
