"The studio apartments do not have laundry facilities, but there is some down the corridor, this caught me out as i was hoping to wash clothing daily based on activities i was doing. Great location for golf at Kingston Heath walking distance, but it is an industrial area with limited cafes and restaurants nearby, ok if you have a car but if walking not great, noting there is always uber eats"
