"I was ready to leave a bad review. Prior to check in I kept receiving emails telling me parking is limited and if I needed it to make sure I reserved a spot. Each time I'd email the company asking to reserve a spot. Instead of confirming the company would wait several weeks then send the same message again. I spent $30 on cell phone add ons trying to contact someone while traveling. I was told to call back, I'd call and they'd make me call back again. A simple, that's an automatic reply would...

"Excellent stay, an unexpected beautiful green and serene place so close to the city, very human contact with the owners who do everything in this boutique hotel. The only downside is the plastic bottle in the room. Thank you !"

"Le site est magnifique avec une superbe piscine et l’étang juste derrière. Le staff est très accueillant et accommodant. La nourriture n’est pas au niveau malheureusement, manque de qualité et de variété (en 5 jours 2x burgers et 2x moules frites). Peut être la seule possibilité pour un all-inclusive, mais prêt à payer plus pour plus de fraîcheurs, plus local quitte à avoir moins de choix mais plus de variété d’un jour à l’autre. "

"Great hotel but unfortunately they stole my travel wallet . I forgot a large leather travel cas containing a lot of cash and three passports and two driver's licenses in the room safe. I called the hotel within 30 minutes and they said they would look in the room. I came back and was told they had found the passports but No Wallet!!!!! The fact that they treated us like idiots made it worse. I was forced to make a police report which wasted another hour!!!! They should have sent a manager with...

"Room and property conditions where terrible, old not well maintained. The outside areas dirty as well. Rooms smelled bad. There was only one option for wifi paid public. This is not a 4* hotel by any means! Disappointing"

"Warm welcome by Victor the owner's son. Comfortable bedroom with private balcony. The private grounds and hotel facilities are beautifully maintained. Lovely swimming pool. On our last evening we enjoyed an excellent and memorable dinner prepared by Nancy. The hotel is a short walk away from the lively town square of Maussane with some welcoming restaurants and open-air dining. On Sunday May 19th we watched a delightful display of local horse-riding skills in the town centre."
