"The hotel was very well kept, very clean, warm and comfortable and the staff were lovely and very professionall. It was very handy to stay before or after going to Pyrowice airport, with a taxi there being 100 zloty. There was no vegetarian starter option available but one was adapted on request. The food at dinner was lovely. We also walked from Byton town center so that is an option as it is not too far at just over a kilometer"

We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. "Looks like average chain hotel... but I travelled with "extra" children. Hotel was very nice about that. No extra charges, gave us a bigger room. "Premetto che appena arrivati lì abbiamo scoperto non essere un hotel 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle. Malgrado avessimo prenotato da 2 mesi ci hanno detto che l'hotel era pieno. Alla reception nessuno parlava inglese e per capirci abbiamo dovuto usare il traduttore italiano-polacco. Abbiamo scoperto così che era pieno perché utilizzato per ospitare profughi ucraini. "AMAZING apartment! We arrived before the check-in time, Adona welcomed us and helped us with all our questions. she even bought us the tickets to Energylandia with 5% discount. the apartment is very clean and modern, we had everything that we needed to cook, I really recommend staying there! I will come back for sure!"
