"Great stay after along travel, decent restaurant and bar at the hotel."

"Lovely one night stay to visit the christmas markets in Edinburgh. Travelled as a family with a 5 year old. Hotel perfect. Used the swimming pools a few times during our stay and it was great. Easy access to Edinburgh via the tram which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Parking avaliable at the hotel for an additional fee. Had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely although slightly on the pricey side. Breakfast was great with a buffet with a wide selection of food and drinks. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating."

"Liked that it was very cosy, very comfortable bed, exceptionally helpful and polite staff. Liked the dining room and bar areas and the open fires. Impressive to see the pool and tennis courts. Very comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely go back. Wasn't expecting nearly as much as it delivered. Small constructive criticisms: shampoo is in a container that is inaccessible from the bath; be good to have some loose soap for use there. The exterior (and some interior areas) could do with redecoration - peeling paint etc. However great venue."
