I had to take them out of the cases as otherwise I would've thought that I was sleeping on a brick. I told the Manager about it. But nothing was done."

"Easy parking . Lovely common areas lounge bar , lounge ,dining room and reception. Staff all wonderfull could not be more helpfull. Our room let it down a little(17). Window would not open so reported Wednesday not fixed left sunday, Water pressure non existent but room very clean.and lovely biscuits."
