"We recently "downsized" and moved into our "guest house". So now when family visits, we need someplace comfortable for them to stay. Your house worked great for us! It was a short drive from grandparents (local) to your home, and it was convenient to restaurants and necessary shopping. Plenty of space! The pool table was a huge hit.
