"Hotel was nice. Hot tub was out of service. Gym was ok no tv remote and water jug was empty so had to go back up to my room to get a refill. No one pen or paper in room, seems weird as it’s a business suite. Would stay again for sure. "

"Close to groceries, cafes, restaurants for dine-in or pick-up in the small sore of downtown Fort McMurray. Clean room and helpful staff. The parking garage and main door access wasn’t working so we had to buzz each time we arrived at the building. "

"The newly renovated rooms are very nice and comfortable. The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and it was very quiet while we were there. Downtown location is great, close to lots of shopping and food options. Starbucks is just half a block away! Breakfast was just okay. The pancake maker is great!
