"Far from everything we wanted, train, airport and city centre. Room was a nice size and clean, but we found it hot and even with the thermostat in the room we could not get it under 24C. Too warm for us, but I know that others would like it. Overall, a nice hotel and friendly staff."

"The location was fantastic. On the edge of the historic centre and only a short walk from Piazza Maggiore. The bed was excellent and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant opposite the hotel was great and really reasonably priced. The breakfast was good and the staff each morning were very attentive. "This hotel is really well located in the centre, so it's easily walkable to everything you need and lots of major attractions, restaurants, food markets etc. The staff are the best aspect of the hotel, both in reception and in the dining areas. Breakfasts were good, and the hotel resturant menu looked excellent although we had already booked other restaurants for dinner. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room flooded every time we used the shower, and the heating wasn't easy to control without...
