Needed feather pillows & duvet in room which staff sorted out immediately. Every night (part of half board) we were given an exceptional 4 course dinner. "Maison Cly is the only hotel in Chamois. Staff try hard and rooms are all different- some very large (duplex) but others are more modern. Overall rooms are ok. The main points were that we had no real control over our heating which meant I had to ask reception every time I wanted the heating either on or off.
