"It’s a good Novotel with quite nice rooms, although the gym and sauna are quite poor/dated and the staff could be a bit more attentive. Overall nothing to complain about but also nothing to praise"

"Loved that the property was located by the spa…making it an easy walk. It was also a short walk down the hill to the Christmas market. I booked through Expedia and thought everything was covered payment wise. I was told by the Tribe Hotel clerk when checking out that I needed to pay 50 euros for taxes. I am not sure why? That part was unexpected and unfortunate."

"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"

"Located in the old town of Durlach, we had free parking on the street every night, right near the hotel. I've never been in a hotel where everything in the mini bar is complimentary ! Beer, water, soda, coffee, was free of charge, Prima! if you choose to decline housekeeping, they give you a 5 Euro gift card each day to spend at the bar. Nice touch. I did have to ask for a second blanket as the one in room was rather small. other than that, nice place, very Quiet, clean, and staff helped us find...

Defeitos são pouca 01) iluminaçao do quarto; 02) manete do chuveiro é muito longa e voce bate nela sem querer, o que muda a temperatura da água; 03) Se voce desliga a luz do quarto todas as luzes da cama são desligadas e voce tem que ligar as luzes da cama novamente se quiser ficar com ela ligadas. Atendimento incrível, todos alemães educados, solicitos e que falam inglês. Aprenderam bem o que é democracia e respeito as pessoas"
