"My experience at The Key Hotel was perfect. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and dedication of the entire staff were outstanding. I especially want to highlight the concierge team at the door—10 stars for them! I was traveling with my baby and a stroller, and every time I arrived or left, they kindly helped carry the stroller up and down the entrance stairs, which are about 15–20 steps. Their kindness and willingness to assist made all the difference. Thank you for such warm and professional service!"
