The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. "An excellent hotel overall that has a good restaurant, good spa facilities, comfortable rooms, regular shuttle bus and is conveniently situated for the town and local bus. The hotel is let down by some minor issues: small boot/ski room, poor cooked breakfast options, limited hot water and spa areas dominated by children at all times. "

No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."
