"We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The room was simple but well appointed. Clean and very comfortable. The villa is located in a hill within the trees above the river. Very quiet and peaceful. The attached restaurant was excellent, but was only serving one of the nights we were there because they were hosting a wedding on the weekend. This made food options very limited. Luckily we had a car and could get ourselves to some outstanding restaurants in local villages. We highly recommend La...

"This hotel is a short walk from downtown Sarlat. Street parking was near-by and easy to find. Our room was a Standard but was luxuriously enormous with great amenities, and a very comfy bed. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, even going to far as to ship back an item I'd left in the room. "

People at reception were unfriendly, refused to speak English and were unable to recommend a quality restaurant in Sarlot. Nice pool, good breakfast. Entrance off main road precarious. Four star rating undeserved."
