"The staff at Reception were super but there was a problem with the Health Centre staff. The infotmation about hours when the pool was available to hotel guests was wrong and we missed out on a swim on our first day as a result. We ate the evening buffet which was good and very good value. Its close to the forest - good for walkers and cyclists but otherwise you need a car."

"Das ganze ist eher eine Unterkunft, als wie ein Hotel. Hätte das niemals gebucht, wenn ich im Vorfeld gewusst hätte, daß diese Unterkunft eher 2 als wie 4 Sterne verdient hat. Das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben. "The staff was very accommodating. The first room we were in smelled so strongly of cigars and cigarettes that we asked to have a different room. The second room we got was great! Smelled much better. The beds were comfortable and when I couldn’t figure out the heating system the same staff member came to are room and showed us how the heater worked. Very obliging of her because it was very late. I would highly recommend that the hotel hire at least one more staff member for the evenings. The...
