"Overall very good but they didn’t seem prepared for things - toilet didn’t work, no in room dining menu, not enough water or robes in room. But when you ask - they deliver so overall it was a nice hotel at a great location. Pool was great as well."

The drawback was that we got an email from the house 1 week prior to our trip that said linens were not included and would be provided for an additional fee. This was not posted anywhere in their Hotels.com advertisement so it came as a surprise.
