"This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. "Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"

"We have been to a lot of hotels during our travels in Europe and this is one of our favorite hotels. It’s quirky, clean, great location, good service, delicious free breakfast, they give you towels and bathrobes to use in the mineral bath (only a 5 minute walk), friendly staff and provided discounts for the gondola and mineral bath. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!"
