"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"We have been to a lot of hotels during our travels in Europe and this is one of our favorite hotels. It’s quirky, clean, great location, good service, delicious free breakfast, they give you towels and bathrobes to use in the mineral bath (only a 5 minute walk), friendly staff and provided discounts for the gondola and mineral bath. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!"

"Good Hotel for Family vacation. Alles was man braucht, kein Lärm durch die Autobahn. Kritikpunkt ist das Mittagessen, welches nur von 13-15uhr angeboten wurde für Kinder sehr spät. "Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"
