"Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "

The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. "We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees. On arrival they checked me into a room that is no longer being used for guests, ie it had no curtains etc. When I left in the morning and tried...
