"Wir haben zu zweit 5 Nächte übernachtet. Das Hotel mit ca. 20 Zimmern befindet sich an einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Unser Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und sauber. Der Poolbereich bietet verschiedene Liegemöglichkeiten (Liegestuhl, Daybed, Terrasse). Die Restaurant-Preise sind eher teuer und Alternativen sind nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hotel."

"We stayed over during winter time (December) to check ou the Hotel for an event in May. The surroundings are gorgeous and you can feel the calm of Alentejo right in. The food is absolutely delicious and staff very friendly and available. A note: majority of the rooms does not have bathroom door, which came a bit as a surprise. The suites do have door but are in need of a little TLC in the bathroom to bring it to a 5* review hotel. Overall a lovely stay and will be able to stay again!"

The rural setting of the hotel has the beach, Roman archaeological sites and other places to visit within 30 minutes of the hotel. The food was awesome. Joan and team prepare and serve extravagant meals bursting with flavor. You can't possibly go hungry."

"We stayed at The Greenhouse in September 2023 (sorry for late review) and oh my goodness what a treat! We arrived to a very sleepy village and spent a while driving in circles but when we eventually entered in to the beautiful oasis we didnt want to leave. It is absolutely beautiful! We were shown to our room (apartment really) which was just gorgeous. "A beautiful, unique and rare accommodation. This manor house has been in the same family for several hundred years and this same family still host and staff the house. This home and garden is a real labour of love and history. It is more of a museum than a hotel. The house is graced with beautiful antiques, paintings, plates and murals from centuries gone by.
