"Staff were great, was given a room on 5th floor. View was amazing. Room very clean and smelt great. Only downfall was the bathroom. (Room 528) it really needs some work don’t to it and also things like the soap dispenser/ shampoo dispenser etc were all gritty and had mould build up at the rims where they open and close to refill which wasn’t nice. Would definitely stay again"

"Hotel was great, helpful friendly staff. I just objected to getting a £5 per night charge for parking my car in the car park. The hotel is quite remote so no other way of getting there. At least be up front and tell people about the charge before they book the room!"

Apart from that we really enjoyed our overnight, we sat in the bar where we met a lovely couple . The Bar service was really good, enjoyed a cosy mulled wine on the comfy sofas. "

Room was nice and verry clean, bit of a let down we didnt have a small fridge or microwave, did hovever have a kettle and mugs and an ironing board, all chanels on tbe TV were blury bit of a shame you couldnt cast your phone to the TV for Netflix, YouTube ext, was a heater in the room but only blow cold air so room was rather cold considering its december. "
