"This place is by far a great location. Its quit convenient for people who dont like to stay in the city but, still close enough to drive there. The GINN Hotel itself is outstanding. Friendly staff, Great food (except the price for breakfast is alittle rough 22 euro for one single person), bar is outstanding ( just need to know how to make the drinks they advertise), rooms are nice with a good few of the river ( i only paid alittle over 250 for 3 nights 4 days), and lastly parking isnt free but,...

"The hotel was absolutely gorgeous like it was quiet staff was super friendly and it was tucked away in a bit quieter area I was super impressed by the breakfast, gotta have the breakfast! A bit sad we didn’t get to try the wellness area which looked grandiose I would most definitely recommend and stay again! Good job villa kastania 😊 "

"I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left "

"Check-in and the reception service were fine. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room, however, reeked of smoke and was really dated. I’m not sure how they justify €200 per night. The location is lovely and great for a restful break. We stopped off for a day off on a trip around Germany as we knew it would be hot. "The hotel is located up in the hill near the palace. Many things in Potsdam city is located far from the central station, and this hotel was the same. So we took a taxi to get there, but we figured how to get around with public transportation next day and it was easy. Beautiful hotel, and have everything you need, breakfast had so many choices and very fresh! "

"Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "

"My stay was a week long and I enjoyed this hotel so much. The staff is friendly. Breakfast had so many choices and the breakfast room had a nice view into the courtyard. The rooms are pretty and comfortable. And the hotel’s location was near so many restaurants. I will definitely stay here again! "
