"Our family room was huge and also spacious bathroom, had AC which is rear in Switzerland. Fan was also provided. Nice breakfast offering. 5 minutes close to train station. 8 minutes to eating and grocery shopping which is right on the train station "

"A family of four, we stayed in one of the junior suites, with a queen bed and a converted sofa bed. The room was very spacious, had large closet space, and the bath came with double sinks. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with an absolutely breathtaking view over the Bodensee. "Well, if you want to visit Schaffhausen, and who wouldn't, this is certainly the place to stay if you are either driving on coming by train. The parking is next door, as is the station. Room was large, clean and comfortable and the hotel's restaurant/bar really nice. It is convenient to everything, and walking distance to all you would want to see. A fantastic place to visit and to stay. Would highly recomment do anyone."

"Such a beautiful hotel with lovely reception staff. We booked a junior suite which had a great view of the gardens and lake. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Comfortable large bed. Great food in the restaurant in the evening. Very close to the ferry and lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of options for walks along the lake to other towns and can get the bus or train back. Would definitely recommend staying in Uberlingen and this lovely hotel. "

"The staff and owners are amazing. Myself and 4 coworkers need a large taxi (or 2 normal) to get to a business meeting a few kilometers away and the owner offered the hotel van to drive us there. I truly appreciated this act of kindness"

"Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip and it's a very nice hotel. The room was very large and the food in the restaurant on site was very enjoyable. It's a 3 minute walk to the station and you can be in Zurich in 25 minutes. My only small criticism is that there were no tea/coffee making facilities either in the room or elsewhere in the hotel but would recommend it to others."

"The ladies at the reception were fantastic hosts. Gave us all the guidance we needed to check in and park. Being a Sunday, they offered some great options for Sunday dining. The rooms were immaculate and we'll presented. I would highly recommend this hotel. Mark"

"The room was pretty dated and the floors weren’t very clean (had some sort of grit on them). The rooms I saw online were not what we got. The Seehotel restaurant was good and lots of walkable lakefront, park and restaurants nearby. "

"The breakfast buffet was great. It was included and was a nice surprise. Nice staff. Cleanest hotel I have ever been too. Quite a distance from Zurich but doable with a taxi. This hotel was worth every penny. The apartment suites are amazing! Would definitely come back. "

"It is a bit difficult to find the hotel and the roads around such do little to help but....it is worth it. Traditional hotel in an excellent position on the Lake. Easy to visit other areas Staff could not have been more helpful. "
