"I ordered (and paid) for a twin room. I got a room with a double bed where an extra bed was put in. That is not okay."

"The hotel is a hostel, so the room is basic and functional, but clean and simple. A table at which to work a TV and a comfortable bed. No kettle or drink making facility. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a sports arena complex so if you've no transport it's a bit isolated, but quiet and warm for a decent nights sleep. "
