"This place was very quaint! The beds and the room was very cute - we had a balcony that overlooked the town and the mountains. The staff was very friendly, offered to have dinner each night if we wanted for 20EU it was a 4 course dinner. We didnt' have dinner, but it might have been good. "The staff is nice and there is free parking near the hotel but - there is a big but - this is an old hotel, few amenities, basic rooms without ac, weak wifi, very basic breakfast, the hotels restaurant is low quality and pricey. "nice hotel located near the Moena center. Great selection for breakfast, tiny swimming pool and very small gym (too smal for more than 1 user if you are not a fan of feeling the strangers breath on your neck). We stayed in the family room and beds in the main bedroom was ok although the sofa in the living area very short and not comfortable. Poor water pressure in the shower especially in the ‚pick’ time."

"Great, friendly, family run hotel. Clean and upgraded room with nice mountain view. Ate at the restaurant every nights, because of the numerous other restaurants closed during the off season. The Maitre D', Paul, was terrific and suggested great local, reasonable wines. Although there was no bathtub, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were provided on the lower floor. Good WiFi connection."

"Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car. The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out. Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures. "
