"We came to Milazzo with the intention of taking the ferry to the islands, however, it rained, and we spent an unexpected and delightful stay in the city of Milazzo. The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to reach the ferry. We walked all the way to the top of the castle, which was amazing. The streets are lovely to stroll at night, well lit and very safe. "We booked a stay in the junior suite (with jacuzzi), planning to stay in Milazzo for only two nights. But we loved the easy access to a clean beach, the super comfy canopy bed, the well functioning AC, the pleasant staff and good breakfast mix of sweet and savory (tilting in typical Italian fashion to the sweet). On the second day, we realized just how relaxed we felt at this hotel, so we decided to stay an extra two nights! It was well worth it. I came back from Italy feeling totally relaxed...

"The hotel looks brand new and it's located in a marina. The marina is gorgeous and has numerous dining options. You don't even need to go to town! Staff is nice and welcoming. The reception closes late evening and you will need to inform the hotel if you will arrive late. Security let me in with no issues. I'd definitely recommend the Sestante Hotel (By the way...this is not a motel as we know in America. It is definitely a very nice hotel)"

"We had a 14 night stay. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Carmelo is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Tina the cleaning lady bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and that your room is clean, refreshed, well stocked with fresh towels, linens, etc. All staff are great .
