"Most of the employers were friendly and helpful. Night shift was very knowledgeable and accommodative. Restaurant staff provided great service. It was called , but there are no portable heaters . Swimming pool and spa , but no robes or slippers in the rooms and not available upon request. That was disappointing. Good location. Quiet , safe . Easy parking. Good food choices . Some front desk gals could use attitude adjustment. "

"I booked this for me and my son(16) for the weekend. When booking I entered my son's date of birth and Hotel.com allocated him as a child. When I arrived at the hotel I had to pay a surcharge as the hotel classed him as an adult. Hotel.com should review their child age policy as this left a sour note at the beginning of our trip. "Lovely place plenty of character,quiet area. Friendly staff very helpful. Rooms are very large with a huge comfortable bed, spa bath and balcony. Food is very good and generous portions buffet breakfast is also good."

"This was a last minute trip but one of the best experiences in a hotel ever. The location is awesome. The staff are really - really - helpful and caring.
