I've contacted them, after my stay, about my receipt and even though Hotels.com made it kind of difficult for us to contact directly, they manage to help me right away. "This is a lovely hotel in a quiet part of Enkhuizen, in a mostly residential area. "Downtown"/the harbor area is about a 20 minute walk with some beautiful old houses along the way. Service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and modern and well-maintained and the breakfast area/lounge is very comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was quite good with plenty of choices. I would definitely stay here again."
