"It is an old 4 stars hotel... Need some renovations. Air conditioning didn't work properly, not enough soundproof, on the first night the hotel had organised a party next to the swimming pool & our room was on that side, we couldn't sleep until the music stopped at 2:30am !!! Breakfast was very complete, lots of choice, ok for the price (12€/person). Free on site big parking"

"Reception was very pleasant and welcoming. Very efficient, nice spacious room. Breakfast good and lady at reception sorted taxi out for us, which wasnt easy as we wanted a faxi big enough for 4 people with 4 travel golf bags. Cant praise for efficiency, pleasantness and very organised."

"We had a garden suite, with a terrace overlooking rhe vineyards. The suite was very large and quite comfortable, beautiful design throughout the room and the entire hotel. The outdoor pool was long and gorgeous, but not heated and therefore not usable in mid November with high temperatues in the upper 50s F. My biggest disappointment was there was no fitness center, so nowhere to exercise. Walking along the narrow, winding mountain road was the only option, great for spectacular scenery, just...

"There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled....

"Stayed for a very short but enjoyable time. The reception was so welcoming and made fantastic first impression that stuck with us. Very accommodating and did their best to assist and work around our schedule. Location was excellent, beach and pool on our doorstep. Recommend. "
