"I have been to Kochi for business purpose and stayed at this Hotel for almost a month. I’m so impressed with this hotel and best thing I liked is the location, so convenient to go to any part of thie city from there. All staffs were friendly and helpful especially manger Mr Binoy. I’ll never forget the smiling face of Mr Raseel, Geoji and Anup who were at the front desk always willing to help you .The food was very good and appreciate the hospitality of the restaurant staff especially Mr Ravi....

"Front desk staff & housekeeping staff excellent . Walkable market , restaurants , coffee shop , M G Road for shopping / Dinning , Marina Drive ( You can use Tuk Tuk @Rs.30 or 40 to get to beach.) This YMCA is a bit far from airport. Taxi may charge Rs.500 to 600 depending on time you arrive at airport. Executive Rooms are very neat & clean. No idea of other rooms. There is Restaurant inside YMCA ( not run by YMCA ) provide complementary breakfast but lunch & dinner we need to pay. Complementary...

"Good value accommodation in the area, within easy access to Ernakulam train station and shops, although pretty basic facilities. Very friendly and helpful service, allowed me to occupy room late before I set off for my 11.30pm train"

"Nice, good location to a metro stop(less than 1km). Staff was friendly and helpful breakfast was fully Indian. This is not a bad thing just thought maybe bread toast would have been available. Only negative really is they burn the trash, which happened to be outside my window. The smell of smoke for a few hours was not pleasing"
