"Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. "The staff were flexible, helpful and friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little tired and probably no longer 4* and the Blue pool in the picture was sadly empty and abandoned. There was however an indoor pool. We had two evening meals which were varied and regional. "

"What a lovely place to spend a leisurely afternoon and evening. Dinner was spectacular and so reasonably priced. We took a couple walks and sat outside on our lovely patio area. One warning though -- do NOT leave your shoes or any clothing outside. We had a pair of drying socks and shoes and a bra munched on (one shoe was actually taken away to be found completely demolished the following morning) by the cute but wily Sicilian foxes living onsite!
