"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa...

"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in….and I have stayed in great many. The food is delicious and there is a huge variety. Staff are attentive and extremely hard working. Rooms are lovely….book one with a sea view if possible. My partner uses a walking frame…the hotel and location are very disabled friendly…he had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Hopefully we will be back."

"Hotel is absolutely beautiful, big area for sun loungers round the pool, gorgeous rooftop bar. Fantastic location. Glass bathroom wall means when turning the light on through the night you wake your partner. Half glass shower door, does not keep the water in, floor was soaked. "The Presidente is a lovely hotel, well located in the new town. It could be better however. I was astonished to be asked to pay €5 for the maid to top up tea/coffee etc in the room.
