"Very good communication with reception when we phoned to let them know of our likely late arrival due to a motorway closure. Check in absolutely fine. Very happy to find the free Tesla Destination chargers, so a full battery in the morning. Nice bar (usual slightly high hotel prices) and a pretty good breakfast buffet."

"The rooms are big, modern, bright and very comfortable. Bathrooms are fine with large walk in showers, and well equipped. The check-in and food is served in the pub next door. Food is very good and staff excellent and very friendly. If you are going on a cruise, this hotel is about 20 minutes away from the cruise terminals, and very quiet and peaceful. This is the 4th time I've stayed here, and never had a problem."

"We had a really lovely time at the Norfolk Arms. Beautiful hotel and room. I can sometimes struggle to get to sleep in a hotel but my partner and I both slept really well - the heavy curtains were wonderful for blocking out any light and the bed was nice and firm. The staff were all super lovely and friendly. This was our first trip to Arundel and we'll definitely be coming again and staying at the Norfolk Arms "

"Laura on the front desk was lovely. Room was comfortable but annoyingly my complimentary gin was gone before I got there. Restaurant service was brilliant and my wife loved her massage. We brought our ten week old baby and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Will defo come back and try the junior suite next time. "

" I was worried after reading some of the recent reviews, but we had a great time and wish we had 2 nights there. "Very friendly staff on arrival and in all interactions. Public spaces looked nice. Room was clean and simple. Only gripe was the need to de-timescale the taps and shower head. The bathroom was spacious and modern and the stuttering and erratic spray caused by limescale blockages was out of place and could’ve made for a much more pleasant experience. Overall was good value for a single room, was visiting my daughter at uni and would happily stay there again when doing so. "

"The room was very comfortable and homely. I was woken by a droning noise which on inspection was coming from either a boiler or air conditioning unit outside by the kitchen area. I put the tv on low to cover it and did go back to sleep. The check in was smooth and friendly. Unfortunately the heating wasn’t working but the site manager came over and discovered that the boiler wasn’t working so there was no hot water or heating. I was offered another room but I had already unpacked and it was late...
